January Surprises
So the holidays this year were…quiet. My 25th was as quiet as a normal day with a touch of added wine and Amazon-shipped gifts. It was possibly the first year I have ever related to Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas is You” since my family was scattered and quarantined in various households. The “You” I’d scream/sing to while her track repeated, changed every play. “You” my grandmothers, my cousins, my brother, my boyfriend, my friends, and my freedom to travel. The sentimental Christmas songs were purposefully left off the playlist this year. Mariah Carey, Todrick Hall, and Sia provided the cheer we needed to bake every batch of cookies. While we quietly ate, drank, and read our novels by the fire, my emails were exploding. And so it with with an exhale of relief and an inhale of anticipation I bring you…..(dadatada!) A month of January Surprises!
The first surprise of January is:
An exclusive performance with Table Top Broadway for their Live From Quarantine cabaret! This one night only event directly benefits performing artists on the stream to help offset missed income from the abrupt shutdown of Broadway and the live events industry. A portion with go to the American Civil Liberties Union, and another portion will go to Table Top Broadway to continue events like this and for their successful reopen in NYC post-pandemic. You can view the cabaret live on WEDNESDAY, JAN. 6TH, 8PM EST via my private link.

I am so honored and excited to be performing with artists from broadway and beyond and living my NYC dreams, though they have begun from home.
